The competent court of Vienna, Inner City (Innere Stadt), shall have jurisdiction. In the case of disputes with users who are consumers  according to Section 1 KSchG, the competent court for the user’s place of residence or habitual residence or employment shall have jurisdiction pursuant to Section 14 KSchG.
